The Guardian Financial Representative contract is a performance-driven model that rewards the good work done today for the rest of an FR's career, offering a salary draw, supplemental compensation in the first four years of the career, and renewals as long as the FR is with Guardian.

Our selection process starts with an initial conversation between you and our Recruiting Director. In this interview, we determine together if it makes sense to continue the process by discussing career goals, dreams, and motivations in relation to a career in financial services. As an informal discussion, this meeting introduces you to the industry as well as gives an overview of the people, process, and possibility available at Northern Rockies Financial Group. Our goal is to first determine timing: considering various factors of making a career change, now or down the road.
